How fast can I get my package?

Currently, we offer free domestic shipping within the U.S.or UK in roughly 8-10 business days.

Can I change an order after it's placed? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they're placed.

Can I return an item?

We do offer a 14 day return policy on all unused items, in original packaging excluding swimwear.

I forgot to use my discount code, can you add it to the order? 

Be sure your order is correct before checking out as we are unable to add discount codes or refund the difference after purchase. 

My package was lost in transit, my address was wrong, can you help me? 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any shipping issues that may occur. By purchasing from Babies and Beyond, you agree that we are not responsible for your package once it has been scanned and is in the procession of USPS. 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If your package is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.

What happens if I receive a damaged product? 

We try our best to inspect each and every product before they're shipped but sometimes imperfections sneak past us. Please inspect your product upon arrival, if your product is damaged please email us with your order number and photos within five days. We will send you a prepaid return label and a refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Product(s) must be unwashed and unworn with tags still attached to be viable for a return. If five days have passed or you've washed the product we are no longer able to refund you. If you're wanting to keep the imperfect item(s) we will offer you another solution.
